Large Reservation

(20-40 People)

Thank you for your interest in our winery and taproom!
Here are a few details to help you organize and prepare for your gathering.

• Open Bar pricing is $21 per person. This includes wine, beer, Stateside RTD’s & non-alcoholic beverages. Does not include tastings or flights. All adults, 21 years old or older are included in this pricing regardless of their option to not drink alcohol.
  
• $11 per person drink package for anyone under the age of 21 years old includes all nonalcoholic beverages. This price per head also covers any costs we incur to hold your event, ie: extra staffing, etc.
  
• Your open bar package is for 2.5 hours. Your reservation time is 3 hours.
• Hours
• Thursday – 5-8pm or 6-9pm
• Friday – 12-3pm, 5-8pm, or 6-9pm
• Saturday – Not available
• Sunday – 12-3pm or 2-5pm
• A $200 deposit secures your date and will be credited towards your end invoice. We would prefer the deposit and any payments in the form of cash or by check.
  

Food Pricing

• Food pricing is a minimum spend of $15 per person.
• Tax and gratuity will be added to the bar and food portion of your invoice.
  
• Your menu can be selected from our regular & seasonal specials menu. We ask that you pre-select your menu items, and we would serve per person or per table family style. Additional Items and Special Requests can be ordered on the day of. We will be in contact with you regarding your menu and head count one week before your event.
  
• Max capacity for the reservation is 40 people. We cannot exceed this number as we will still be open to the public. If your headcount exceeds 40 people, please refer to our Chef's Table / Private Setting information below.

Please Note: The space is a fixed floor plan. We do not set up a banquet style event. There are no additional tables for gifts or other ancillary needs.
Table decorations are ok. NO use of tape on anything – walls, wood, furniture, bar, moldings.
There is a cake cutting fee of $1 per person.

Chef's Table / Private Setting

(Minimum 40 People)

• A $200 deposit secures your date. The deposit will be credited towards your end invoice. Pricing does not include tax or gratuity, which will be added at the end.
• We would prefer all payments in the form of cash or by check. 
  

Chef’s Table (Private Event): 3-hour Room Rental

• $300 room rental (Nov-May) or $600 (June-Oct/peak season)
• Hours:
• Wednesday & Thursday – 5-8pm or 6-9pm
• Friday – 12-3pm, 5-8pm, or 6-9pm
• Saturday – Not available
• Sunday – 12-3pm

Cocktail Hour Station

• Large Charcuterie & Cheese Display including warm fresh pretzels, beer cheese, and assorted mustards.

Food Station

• Tortellini Caesar Salad, assorted Sliders, French Fry Baskets, & assorted Neapolitan Pizza (choice of 4).

Dessert Station is available for an additional $5 per person.

We will be in contact with you regarding your headcount and food options in the weeks leading up to your event date.
